A non-blogger friend e-mailed this to me a few days back. It's wonderful, isn't it?

I put that one up on my blog on Friday. I have an autistic son and it gives me hope.

Helen - It IS wonderful. It made me cry. Yes, it's true. I really do have feelings (sometimes). Ha!

Scarlett - I completely understand. It's great to know that in a world where children can sometimes be so cruel, that these children embraced this kid. Very cool.

I'm still all teary-eyed about the Buffalo Soldier that finally got his Medal of Honor that they featured during the closing ceremonies last night. And you spring THIS on me???

Now I'm a wreck...

Hey, I love those kind of stories. That's why I spend so much time reading Sports Illustrated, and why I also cry at all those sappy behind-the-scene stories from the Olympics. Heart. It takes heart.
