You tell me - #17

Which would you rather achieve:

Olympic gold medal?

Academy Award?

You tell me.

Academy Award...because I'm just not "sporty" enough to care about getting a medal.

olympic Gold, because it's an actual achievement and not a personality contest.

Gold -- have you seen some of the crap that's won an Oscar before?

An Oscar - the award outfits are so much more glamorous.

An Academy Award, definitely...Not only does it give you more clout and opportunity to pursue certain film roles, but the financial benefits far outweigh limited endorsement deals following the Olympics. Unless, of course, you win in multiple Olympics. Plus, billions of people are watching you at the Oscars thanking all the people you've ever known in your life!!!

The Gold Medal - because it takes a hell of a lot more to do that than to win an Oscar.

Neither . I want a Pulitzer or is a pullet prize. Well either one will do. I raise great chickens and my writing isn't all that bad.

Well personally I think a Gold Medal would bring more satisfaction. But I agree with Morning Glory. The Oscar would bring a lot more financial satisfaction.

Here's why: when's the last time you pulled a DVD of the **insert year** olympics out of your collection to relive the **insert any event** because the performance was just that amazing?

Okay... now, how many times have you done the same with some of your favorite movies?

Academy Award because you get to wear the dress and hobnob and you probably make a HECK of a lot more money than an Olympic athlete.
